Yes but u need to be a certain size to fit in the tree I completely forgot where they are... Didn't even find Grimm for Exile which is ridiculous, it was somewhere near VM. Found a Llolth enclave in the Underdark instead... It is all so long gone...

I can confirm dark soul works I joined . For drow I think you must be an elf or half elf to be Able to speak to the attendant . Exile base had been moved for pvp reason use the maps and hills near west to find and to the mine

My mind is completely blank on that...

Nah drow you just walk up and join if you aren't in a guild already I guess. It's south of mccaughey glen to the left in the empty map before drow shrine. Joined it with my risen and another toon I had before. Oh wait is darksouls different than drow? Think you speak to a darksoul npc to join drow?

I too have an unseen officer available for invites and I check the forums and game briefly a few times a week or so. So there are several around actively for future needs.

You can side with them against the Deep Dwarves or side with the Deep Dwarves against the Drow. Each side has a shop you can access after joining them. These shops have different items.
If you join the Drow, all Deep Dwarves will be hostile to you except for them one you have to get a signature from for Uncle SId. However, all the Deep Dwarves around the one you are getting the signature from will be hostile, so invisibility can be your friend here.
If you talk to the guy in the store room near the beginning of the Underdark, you will not be able to side with the Drow. I also believe if you accept the second quest from Aran in the Guardians Guild you cannot side with the Drow.
I don't believe that the Drow care what race you are if you try to join them. They do care if you have even slightly started conversations that lead to quests that will align you with the Deep Dwarves.
Note that no matter which side you align with in the Underdark, almost all members of that side will still be hostile to you. Aligning yourself with a side just gets you access to an additional shop, and in the case of the Drow you can bind to the shrine down there.
The entrance to the SoL guild is in the McCaughey old town area. Traditionally, your character had to be either a Drow (elf with dark skin) or halfling character in order to join. Also traditionally your character should have the last name of "Darksoul." I have no idea if these traditions are still being enforced.

Well hey don't quote me I already knew everything you said, everyone else was saying drow and darksouls were two different guilds at one point .
hehehe
But no the traditions for darksouls aren't enforced anymore. Anyone can join that guild, whatever you refer to it as. Right now it is called "Followers of Lolth" iirc.
