A totally undesired comment here, I know, but this item is ridiculous. I don't know whether somebody talked the Devs into These items or whether they were made at will. Both ways would concern me. Things like These pushed us where we are right now on drones; and no way back without pissing off some People. Unneccessary development imho |

There is a lot of overpowering items I didn't have anything to do with, but this one is all my fault. That item is equal to say 2 T10s(2 rods of wonder do the same exact thing). My thought was on upgrading an item that is not wearable, that is key here, because you can get the same exact results from just having 2 of the lesser items, the only downfall is it takes up more space and it weighs more, that is it. It would be the same thing, IMO, if I could make say, a 2 times bigger holding Magic Bag, I don't see a real problem or power creep problem in saving inventory space and/or weight. I would have that item as rare as the rod here, though. Another example would be a Stone of Healing, with say 2 times more heals and lesser restores on it, it does no more power than having 2 stones in your inventory, other than save inventory space and weight. It should be higher tier and more rare tho, the same way as the rod here. Maybe I am totally undervaluing weight and inventory space. The item may have took around 5 minutes to make, also. Also this item probably loses some value with the upcoming drone limit, but I am glad someone newish to the server found it and can set up their character with a crap ton of gold and/or items. |

I dont think you are to blame, as you said its merely an upgrade of an already exisiting item. The problem lies with the drone mechanic and items like rod of wonder which add to the problem. Gnight as a veteran player going as high as 150 MIL on his first bid pretty much illustrates how defining drones have become for the meta game. You are either playing an SD build with drones or your not doing it right. That beeing said, I think those items which do not have "drone per day" but charges instead are less of a problem, simply because you need recharge widget and you cannot just spam them prior to rest, reset them by rest and then clear a leg in "The Web" without much effort. I agree with ape this is definitly not the place to discuss this, apologies. However, I agree with Chree, the silver lining here is a new player getting a good junk of gold. Then again, I think alot of the recently build up wealth is owed to the chest bug in web, so damn all of you, jk   |
