So I streamed an Inferno run me and a party did. You can go to my twitch channel for 3t and see it if you'd like. The channel also has an introduction to the first few levels with a wizard, the original post being in general thread. Cleric and Bard helped there with a combined word of faith for the monk "Charger" enemies, Storm of vengeance for stunning many, and curse - bard song combo basically made the ranged barbarian and my elementals strikes much more effective. I suppose once the melees were blinded the casters were more of a threat so I ended up targeting them mostly toward the end. For your pleasure... The channel name is Hippydrive3T and a link to the channel is www.twitch.tv/hippydrive3tYou can go to the videos section and select it I think. The farming video is NWN three towns endgame inferno etc.

Edit: The original had sound with repeating voices, so I streamed myself watching it with no sound and it is fixed but a bit shorter.

This was alot of fun (even though the loot was awful!) I checked out a bit of the stream last nite, will watch some more again today. Great idea btw jon, should help new players out. Its always nice to have an idea of what endgame area looks like before you get there.

You should take out the sound and overlay it with either Papa Roach's Burn or Asking Alexander's Into the Fire.

Metallica's "Fuel" goes with just about anything, I find.

What builds do well there?

Among the basic ones that are mostly used - casters, warriors, shapes, barbs, bards, and pms - id say the best are shapes, barbs, and bards, but casters can help quite a bit in a team. Until the dispel thing is sorted out blackguards and pale masters are at a handicap due to the amount of dispels prevalent from emberwildes, and casters might have a problem with that too.

Thanks Jonales. Out of the shapeshifters, would you say Water Elly is best? What are best immunities for any toon in there?
I wonder if an RDD Water Elly build is possible, and if it would work well down there?

Hard to say which is best in inferno because there are pros and cons between air ele and water ele, and I remember I've soloed with my air ele in inferno by luring a bit before so air isn't bad you just need at least a basic amount of fire resistance for the flame shields on the emberwildes. What I will say is I have found the water elemental slightly favorable in instances in sanctum due to the strength bonus to damage vs the templars in sanctum, and the iron horns. But air eles do fine there too so whatever. Iron golems do fine too but sometimes you might feel like switching to demonflesh just due to the fire resistance on it. That's basically it for shapes I suppose .
I don't think there would really be a reason to go rdd as a water ele because water eles are already fire immune. The reason you go fighter is for another attack, and you go monk for ubab as well. RDD might be +4 from strength feats of rdd, but the monk fighter gets more attacks in ubab and flurry of blows, as well as reaching the +4 from puissant combined with fighter widget ab bonus. RDD would also get only 4 ac as opposed to the monks natural bonus to ac, the wisdom bonus to ac, and the warrior widgets bonus to ac. And don't forget that puissant/fighter widget would give more damage than a +8 to strength as well.

Iron golem can work if you have very good gear (it does have 50% fire vuln but I have farmed there with succes).
Air is the best all around and can farm in many areas, with maxed str (32 I think) horn can still fail but not too often iirc. Water loses 3 ac/ab.

Yeah but psv, I've literally seen a forge mistress do nothing but stand there and cast 7 iron horns back to back once, and from what I've seen it's pretty common for these to do something like that always too. It was really amusing so I'm like...oh idk I think water eles are okay there. But yeah Water eles haven't been payed attention too like air eles and iron golems have.
I was whacking it and whacking it, and it was like I will iron horn until I perish .

yeah, no, for sure. water ellies are the *chirp*. The ab/ac drop is annoying vs temnplars, but otherwise insignificant. And, apparently, wonky fire spells are a thing, so it's nice to be immune. (I miss psv and ast)
