Found it in inferno in like 20 minutes or less  Think its the t11
7 ac cleric slots disc +4 wisd +4 regen 2 universal +2

Well if it's t10 then it's one of the best I've seen. I can think of a few uses for it so if you all don't want I'll keep until someone does  . I haven't seen it before and seems pretty good so bah humbug. |

The more common t9 version you see at the pawns is called "eliter tricera garb" if my memory serves me. Pretty sure this is a t10 version.
**EDIT** well maybe my memory sucks. there is an "eliter" version of the troubadors attire, possibly what I was thinking of.
