I think there's a pretty basic low level ring available with greater spell penetration right?
I'm looking for that or any items with greater spell penetration available. Is greater spell penetration a feat available in random item loot?

I've never seen one. Just stuff with regular spell pen.

Yeah with the vanilla toolset, you can't add it. You might be able to with a 2da change, no idea on how that works tho or at least I haven't tried that route yet.
