There is also something in the shop in Arakan I think - what slot are you looking to put it in?

I had a look at Arkan the wiz there. Didnt see any on rings or staffs/rods. Didnt check the other merchants.
pretty flexible for slots but i think not helmet or ammy ideally as it have a lot of good elem prot though could swap around if needed.
So Ring slot, belt, holding like weapon, robes or maybe boots would work for me.

I have an amulet with fear immunity and other things. Ask Ob the Abstruse in game.

I have an amulet +8 will immune to fear and immune to mind fog .
Small shield +5 with extras it’s a sneak shield and fear immune
