Would like to find Ammy and/or helm with good Con bonus

Need an ammy and/or a helm with high con bonus, high cold DR, and perhaps Wiz slots, regen or uni saves, any other bonuses like spellcraft and concentration or discipline would be lovely

Not asking a lot, am I?
