As the title says.
Would like item with petrification immunity so can farm Azath and a few other places i dont go.
Easy to find in game as on a lot with chars called Helga or Soido - player name JarrodXavier

You want immunity for all forms of petrification or just from spell?
Epic cloak of resistance gives you immunity from petrification from breath attack, gaze attack, touch attack, and the spell, if you only need the immunity from the spell you could wear the true cloak of resistance (hehe), the T11 version of the epic cloak of resistance...
Those are the only 2 items I know of that provide immunity.
