Caster Bard to play on Drale and for Party play

Bard 36 BG 2 SD 2 with 50 cha. Great spell DCs to disable with enchant focus. Curse song helps your spell DC a lot. Able to debuff monsters further with slow, mind fog, fear, war cry, dirge. Then your casters will love you.


Spells to use: confusion, grease, cloud of bewilder, mind fog, ice storm, sound burst, slow, hold person, dominate person, dark, silence, greater dispelling, dismissal, gust wind, iron horn, amplify.

Combo mind fog and confusion. You really do get a lot of spells to cast when in party that you don't have much time for lots of damage cursing. 

He gets high perform easily due to 50 cha and also amazing saves via BG.

I found later that there are a few items that give level 7 Bard spells that you can access with meta magic feats but i only have extend so cant make much use of Level 7 spells with extend.

So maybe consider taking a meta magic feat to make use of level 7 spells.

I would say the biggest problem was the low con so have to max it with items and found he is playable with 22 con. If you drop a whole skill then take 8 int and put 2 more points in con but i think all the skills are needed. 

I dont see how you can build a cha 50 bard with BG and SD to meet the reqs you need 13/13 in str and dex.

Saves are great due to the high cha and so 1 point in umd works fine as UMD is cha based. Bards get free lore skill. Amplify spell give 20 listen, and song buff gives 23 skill points so its a free 43 listen and then some random items with listen and it works pretty well for a free skill.

Build does not have EDR III like the classic high con Bard/BG/SD build so would work well with a +10 soak item.

If you have an IE cloak then you could go 1 sd and have IE instead of level 2 sd evasion and 62 curse damage instead of 60.
