Rapier/Scimitar and exotic weapon feat.

Hello DEVs/DMs,
I want to suggest removing the requirement of exotic feat for weapon focus scimitar and rapier.
It was a change made during the time of Orion3T iirc.
Unfortunately i cant remember why it was changed.
It seems not to have any relevance any longer.
What is does do is prevent a beautiful classic NWN build, bard 23/RDD10/Weaponmaster7.
Why? You cant get 16 base attack bonus at level 20 when having to take an extra feat.
I am hoping you will consider changing it back, so i can sing songs for my friends whilst tanking and doing some damage in the fires of Drassa :-)
