I am really missing my Bags of Holding from back in the day. Are Bags still in the game? If the are still in game how much are they selling for?

Yes they still exist and they are drop only, but with several quests you can get a librarian box as reward.

I have found some bags (60% and 80%) but unless I am mistaken, they are non transferable, except for the 100% bag iirc.

Yep, 60/80% are not transferrable (And it was still the case before the crash occured on 1.69 NWN) 100% can be though (But good luck getting that currently)

20% bags have been known to drop around ice giants.

Glad I brought these Bags up. I have found 5 since this thread was started. Including a 60% bag I found in a Pirates Chest today. I also found one (20%) laying on the ground in the UD. The area where the Drow fight the Dark Dwarves.
